Terms and Conditions

Enter for your chance to win a Bloomhill Estate escape.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bloomhill Estate, Carool, New South Wales, Australia.

2. Competition Type

This is a game of skill.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entry will be selected based on merit against the judging criteria set out below.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Directors, employees and immediate family members of Bloomhill Estate, and any agencies directly associated with this competition, are not eligible to enter.

4. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 7:00 AM AEST on 28 March 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 30 April 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must during the promotional period:

  1. Follow @bloomhill_estate on Instagram

  2. Like the official competition post

  3. Comment on the official competition post answering the following prompt in 25 words or less:

“Tell us why you’d love to stay at Bloomhill Estate.”

Only one entry per person is permitted.

6. Entry Cost

Entry is free.

7. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • 1-night stay for 2 at Bloomhill Estate,

Total prize value: AUD $500

8. Prize Conditions

The prize:

  • is subject to availability

  • must be booked directly with Bloomhill Estate

  • is valid for stays completed by 30 NOVEMBER 2026

  • excludes school holidays, public holidays and any blackout dates nominated by Bloomhill Estate

  • is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

  • does not include transport, travel costs, insurance, meals unless expressly stated, or incidental expenses

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, Bloomhill Estate reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to law.

9. Judging

All eligible entries will be judged by Bloomhill Estate representatives on the basis of:

  • creativity

  • originality

  • brand fit / alignment with the Bloomhill Estate experience

Entries will be judged at 10AM AEST on 5 May 2026 at Carool, NSW.

The entry judged to be the best valid entry against these criteria will win.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within 2 business days of judging.
The winner’s first name and/or Instagram handle may also be published on the Bloomhill Estate Instagram account and website.

11. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within that time, is ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Bloomhill Estate reserves the right to judge the next best valid entry.

12. Verification and Disqualification

Bloomhill Estate reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including age, residency and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Bloomhill Estate may disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits an incomplete entry

  • exceeds the word limit

  • submits unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content

  • tampers with the entry process

  • acts in a misleading, deceptive or fraudulent manner

  • does not comply with these Terms and Conditions

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this competition.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize, unless the entrant has otherwise agreed.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bloomhill Estate is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the prize, including technical failures, unavailable entries, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights an entrant may have under applicable Australian consumer law.

16. General

By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Bloomhill Estate reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where necessary, subject to applicable law.
